 I do not know where to put that exactly. Here may be fine. I start to convert some minis from the dead game Confrontation in order to resuscitated the world of Aarklash. I started with two old enemies: the Kingdom of Alahan Vs the cursed Barony of Acheron: The RamThe LionHope you like it. And don't forget to let comments please... |

Good work, they look great  I had forgotten all about the Confrontation figures. Quite like some of them so might have to get a few myself. Could you tell me which font you used for the names on your cards? |

Cool post!
I still have a bunch of Confrontation goblins in my lead pile, as well as that Ogre with a stuffed Elephant head and a set of the familiars.
Shame the company destroyed those moulds. The figures only come up for sale at decent prices every now and then... most on ebay come from china and italy- which I am highly suspicious of.
Great to see those cards coming- cant wait to see your warband in action DV8!

Could you tell me which font you used for the names on your cards? Sure, its the Isabella font from Mr Stracke. One of my favourite, each time I select it in GIMP I hear the song. For me it's more than a shame it's criminal (Stupid Mr Bey & Co). But well, you will have to wait a little as the minis are in France & me in South East Asia. And most of them are still unpainted  ... |

Thanks for the link to the Isabella font. I've got several similar typefaces but that one looks a little more handwritten & will be ideal for a couple of little projects I'm doing.

.... most on ebay come from china and italy- which I am highly suspicious of.... ;D ;D ;D simply in Italy the game was very popular some years ago, played also today in a lot of gameclubs, with revised home-italian rules...the miniatures you can buy here in Italy are all genuine  we find rackham miniatures perfect for your game because every miniature can be different in his special rules and abilities Paolo |
