Hey folks, I have just finished assembling my counters and have a few tips.
Materials: A4 Prints of counters Spray adhesive Metal ruler Biro or dull pencil Guillotine or scalpel
For the double sided counters, folding them over with glue makes for an okay, if a little thin and light counter. The real trick is to sandwich cereal packet card between a scored, folded strip of counters. Cut the counter sheets so their front and back faces are side by side. Cut a little nick where the fold should be, then flip the counter over. Using the biro and ruler, connect the two nicks and scrub the pen back and forth to create a deep groove. Then, fold the counters along the crease.
Spray glue the back, then place the card edge in the groove, squish the counters tight around it. Spray glue gives you a second or two to reposition. You can then run a black marker around the edge to neaten them up.
The next lot I do will have the correct double and half span names, and be aligned to make this job easier.

Sounds like a nice way to make the counters. I did something very close to that when I assembled my last batch. For the span markers.... I like to use small wooden dowels cut to the right size. Could you give me the current sizes for each span in inches that will be used in 3.3? Thanks!
